If you find yourself in a difficult place in life, perhaps feeling anxious or low, or struggling with intrusive memories, self-esteem or relationships, you are not alone. You may be unsure why you are finding things difficult or how to make any changes.

I offer online and in person therapy in London (Clapham), supporting individuals to make sense of their difficulties, and move closer towards the life they want to be living.

I specialise in working with adults who have experienced distressing or traumatic life events. Particularly when these events have caused current difficulties with self-esteem, intense emotions, flashbacks (feeling like you’re back in the past), or in relationships with others. I am a Highly Specialised Clinical Psychologist. I have over eight years experience working with a range of difficulties.

My approach

I am compassionate, non-judgemental and down to earth. I work with people to understand what they want to get out of therapy, and to make sense of their struggles. As a clinical psychologist trained in multiple therapies, I am able to use different approaches depending on needs and goals. I regularly draw upon the following therapies: Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Analytical-Informed Therapy (CAT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT). I will discuss therapy options with you, to allow us to think together about what will be most beneficial.
